What Happens After You Send It

Every request reaches the whole booking side of the band, not a shared inbox that gets checked once a week. We read it, check the date against the calendar, and reply within 48 hours with availability and a quote — or with the one or two questions we need answered before we can give you a real number.

The details that get you an accurate quote fastest

• Date and rough timing — even "a Saturday in late October" is enough to check availability.
• Venue and city — it tells us the travel, and whether the room already has sound.
• Type of event — a wedding reception, a company party and a ranch birthday are built differently.
• Guest count — it decides how much sound the room needs.
• How long you want live music — a standard set is two hours, extendable to four.
• Any must-play songs — first dances especially, so there is time to work them up.

How pricing is put together

We don't publish a flat rate because the honest answer depends on the date, the length of the set, the travel and whether we're bringing sound and lighting. What we do promise is that travel shows up as its own line and nothing is buried in the day rate.
