Privacy Policy

Last updated November 2, 2026

This policy explains what All Hat No Cadillac ("we", "us") collects when you sign up for show alerts, RSVP to a show, or ask about booking the band, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Your name, email address and mobile number, when you give them to us through a form on this site or a Facebook or Instagram sign-up form.
• The show you signed up for, and details about your event if you send a booking request.
• Basic, anonymous website statistics (pages viewed, device type) from Google Analytics.

How we use it

• To remind you about a show you signed up for.
• To tell you about new public shows near you.
• To reply to booking requests and plan your event.

We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.

Text messages

If you opt in to texts, we'll send show reminders and new-show announcements, usually no more than a few messages a month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them, or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of anything else.

We do not share your mobile number or text opt-in with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. We only use it to send our own messages.

Who handles it for us

Your details are stored in our contact system (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector), which also sends our texts and emails. If you sign up through Facebook or Instagram, Meta collects the form for us under its own privacy policy. These providers only process your information to run our service.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from emails with the link in any email, stop texts by replying STOP, or ask us to update or delete your details through our contact page.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
